Our History
Virtuous Women Foundation is a non-profit organization that empowers women and children in need. It is a leading charity organization in Kenya and with the aim of covering Africa.
It was formed by a team of virtuous women on September 17, 2023, who brought their ideas together and decided to start an organization aiming to eradicate poverty, provide job opportunities, educate young and old women, and accelerate women’s empowerment through growth, independence, and dignity.
We look out for girls, ladies, and mothers from different parts of the country and cultures who share a common need to be empowered.

Empowerment
Ensure that women have access to critical resources, such as education, healthcare, economic opportunities, and social services. These resources serve as the foundation upon which individuals can build their capacity to make informed decisions and take charge of their lives.
Mentorship
Provide mentorship opportunities for women and girls to connect with successful female leaders in their fields, who can provide guidance, support, and inspiration. This is includes training and workshops that focus on developing crucial skills for personal and professional growth.
Community Building
Build a strong community of support for women by connecting them with each other, creating safe spaces for sharing experiences and ideas, and fostering collaboration. We believe in the power of collective action and collaboration to create positive change for women.
Our Objectives
- Empower women one at a time to access education, employment opportunities, and resources they may need to thrive in society.
- Provide mentorship programs for young girls and women to inspire and guide them toward pursuing their dreams.
- Create a safe space where women can access information on their legal rights, health, financial literacy, and career development.
- Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to create a support network for women’s empowerment initiatives.
As the founder of Virtuous Women Foundation I’m honored to share our vision, mission, and commitment to women’s empowerment. The inspiration behind starting the Virtuous Women Foundation stemmed from a deep commitment to address women’s challenges.
Our Founder
Being the director of Bonfire Adventure and having a public platform like Instagram resulted in my page blowing up with messages from women seeking help with work opportunities, education support, basic needs health support, and many more.
Having been raised by a virtuous woman has played a big part in fueling me to be the virtuous woman in Proverbs 31 that my mother kept on talking about.
Drawing inspiration from this powerful passage, I founded the Virtuous Women Foundation to create a platform where women can receive support and guidance in various aspects of their lives. I believe empowered women can change their lives and catalyze positive transformation in their community and beyond.
