John Kamau
Finance Manager
Our finance manager ensures resources are allocated strategically to amplify the impact of empowering initiatives. Her meticulous financial stewardship fuels the foundations mission, contributing to the sustainable growth of a supportive ecosystem for women.
Esther King'ori
Counselor
As a certified counselor, Esther provides counseling services to women who have experienced trauma, abuse, or challenges that may be hindering their personal growth and well-being. She also conducts workshops and support groups to empower women.
Jane Rose
Program Manager
Jane Rose as the program manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the foundation’s programs. She works closely with other team members to ensure that all programs are running smoothly and efficiently. Jane brings extensive experience in project management and a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable women and children. Through her leadership, she strives to improve and expand the foundation’s programs to reach even more families in need.
Lucy Wanja Muchiru
Head of volunteer Program
As the Head of Volunteer Programs, Wanja will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the volunteer program, including recruitment, training, and retention. She works closely with other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to attract volunteers and ensure their satisfaction and engagement. Her compassion and dedication to empowering women helps to create a positive and inclusive volunteer community. Through her leadership, Wanja supports the foundation’s mission of providing support and opportunities for struggling children and women.Â
Roselyn Wawira
Social Worker
Roselyn leads our team of social workers and serves as an integral member of the foundation’s team. She works closely with the women and children in need, providing them with emotional support, counseling, and resources to improve their well-being.Â
Roselyn’s empathy and understanding create a safe space for those who are struggling, allowing them to open up and receive the help they need. Through her dedication, she plays a crucial role in helping vulnerable individuals on their journey towards stability and self-sufficiency.
Morris Gichure
media production specialist
Morris Gichure is responsible for creating powerful media content that highlights the impact of the Virtuous Women Foundation’s programs. With his expertise in videography and photography, he captures the stories of women whose lives have been transformed by our foundation. He also manages our social media pages.
Elizabeth Njeri
Web designer/marketer
Elizabeth Njeri is responsible for designing and maintaining our website. She ensures a strong online visibility and that our presence effectively communicates our mission and attracts potential donors and partners. She is also part of the marketing team that creates campaigns & promotional material.Â

Receptionist/marketer
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, Beatrice Njuki plays a crucial role in representing the Virtuous Women Foundation. Her warm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and partners.
Beatrice also assists in marketing our foundation by sharing information about our programs.
